One Crna Gora takes necessary measures to ensure the adequate protection of the personal data being processed:

• We process the personal data of our users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• We inform users about the data we collect, how we collect it, and the purposes of collection.
• We process collected data for lawful purposes, and only for the minimum duration required to achieve those purposes unless we are obliged to retain them in accordance with applicable legislation.
• We respect all rights guaranteed to users by the Personal Data Protection Law.
• We implement necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data of our users and prevent any cases of unlawful destruction, unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or any other unlawful processing.
