Bookmate - terms of use

Short Description of the App

Bookmate is the mobile version of an app (hereinafter referred to as the App) that provides access to Bookmate content. The Bookmate app offers its subscribers the opportunity to read e-books and listen to audiobooks from a library of over a million titles, which can be accessed at any time when the user desires. The Bookmate app is available on Android and iOS operating systems, as well as on the web.

One Crna Gora provides all postpaid and prepaid users, individuals, residing in the territory of Montenegro (hereinafter referred to as users), with 10 or 100GB of internet traffic per month, depending on the tariff package, starting from the activation of the Bookmate app, exclusively for domestic use.

To access the App, the user must be connected to the internet.
Before registering for the App, Users will familiarize themselves with the terms of use of the App within the Bookmate app.
Roaming internet traffic will not be provided and will be charged according to the applicable price list.
Internet traffic can be activated regardless of the tariff package used, provided that internet traffic is enabled.
The price of App activation is regulated by the Price List, available on the website www.1.me for One Crna Gora users.
Users will be able to activate the App through the Moj One app.
One Crna Gora is not responsible if internet traffic is charged if the user uses any form of access without properly activating the App beforehand.
If you leave the Bookmate environment, internet traffic will be charged at the standard rate.
Internet traffic implies continuous data traffic necessary for active use of the App.
One Crna Gora reserves the right to temporarily partially or completely suspend or reduce the quality of App usage for the purpose of resolving faults, maintenance, troubleshooting, or overuse of the App.
If the user accesses the App through another network (Wi-Fi, ADSL, mobile data from another provider, cable internet, etc.), One Crna Gora will not provide additional internet traffic for this service.
One Crna Gora may contact the user regarding activation, registration, and providing information about it.

Tariff Add-On

Users will be able to activate the add-on through the Moj One app.

The Bookmate tariff add-on is charged at a rate of 4.99 euros including VAT per month.

Tariff Plans:

If you are a Play 6+, Total 10+, Total 20+, DATA, or DATA+ package user, you can choose Bookmate as a service to use without additional charges within the package, and you also receive 100GB of internet traffic exclusively for the Bookmate service.

Also, users of Play Plus 4, Total 5, Total 10, Total 25, Play 4, Total 4, Total 8, Total 16, Total 100, or Premium packages can activate the Bookmate service through the Moj One app without additional charges, receiving 10GB of internet traffic for the use of this App.

Responsibility and Use of the Bookmate App:

One Crna Gora will not provide personal data of its users to the company Bookmate Ltd.
The terms of use of Bookmate, including the app, are provided within the owner's app, and the user is obliged to familiarize themselves with them and agree to them when activating the same.
One Crna Gora is only responsible for internet traffic to access the App.
The owner is solely responsible for the proper functioning of the App in its entirety.
The data that the user exchanges through the App is the sole responsibility of the user.
One Crna Gora is not responsible for traffic charges in case of configuration changes on the Bookmate app side, which are solely the responsibility of the owners thereof.

* Internet traffic is intended for the use of the Bookmate app in local traffic. One Crna Gora reserves the right to limit internet traffic for the use of the Bookmate service in order to provide all users with optimal conditions for using this App.
