To fulfill our legal obligation and provide repair or replacement of devices at no cost to the customer, or to meet the customer's request for out-of-warranty repairs or replacement of goods, we use the services of authorized external service centers.
In accordance with the manufacturer's requirements, authorized service centers require One Crna Gora to provide them with proof of purchase (e.g., copies of invoices, warranties, etc.) in order to perform repairs or replace goods within the warranty period. The same applies when it comes to a malfunction that is not covered by the warranty, but the customer wishes to have an out-of-warranty repair done.
