ProtecThor - terms of use
Brief App Description
The ProtecThor app allows you to securely monitor your child's activities in the digital world. It enables you to set certain rules while also giving your child the freedom to explore the online world and allocate time for learning and play. With the help of this app, children are directed toward better content by allowing them to use specific apps and explore the online world safely using a secure browser tailored to their needs. The app provides complete transparency in usage and helps parents overcome the challenges of ensuring their child's safety when using a mobile phone.
The service consists of two apps. On the child's phone, the ProtecThor-Parental control app must be installed, and parents can use the portal https://portal.protecthor.mobi/login or download the app from the Google Play Store - ProtecThor-Parent app.

Terms of Use
- To access the app, the user must be connected to the internet;
- Internet traffic can be activated regardless of the tariff package used, provided that internet traffic is enabled;
- Using the service in roaming internet traffic is charged at the current tariff;
- The price of app activation is regulated by the Price List, available on the www.1.me website for One Crna Gora users;
- Users will be able to activate the app through the Moj One app.
- Internet traffic refers to the continuous flow of data traffic required for active app usage;
- One Crna Gora reserves the right to temporarily partially or completely suspend or reduce the quality of app usage for the purpose of repairing faults, maintenance, construction, or overloading of app usage;
- One Crna Gora may contact the user regarding activation, registration, and providing information about it.
Tariff Add-on
Users will be able to activate the addition through the Moj One app or the web portal.
The ProtecThor addition is charged at the amount of 0.99 euros with VAT per month.
Packages
If you are a Go Smart user, within the Moj One app, you can choose ProtecThor as an addition that you can use at no additional cost within the package.
Responsibility and Use of the ProtecThor App:
- One Crna Gora will not provide any information to Unicom-Systems d.o.o. about its users;
- Privacy policy for using the ProtecThor app is provided on the owner's portal https://protecthor.mobi/ProtecThor-Privacy-SR.html, and you are obligated to agree to them during registration.
- The owner is solely responsible for the proper functioning of the app;
- Data exchanged by the user via the app is the sole responsibility of the user;
- One Crna Gora is not responsible and cannot influence any changes in the content and/or functionality of the apps provided by the app owner. In the event of changes to the terms of use of any of the offered apps, One Crna Gora will notify its users in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
