• A customer who plays the scratch game every Friday in the month will receive at least one prize.

• Customers will have the option to view all prizes they have received in the Color Day section of the Moj One app.

• In order for a customer to win a prize, it is necessary to scratch 30% or more of the screen at the specified location in the Moj One app. After the pop-up menu appears, the prize has been successfully scratched.

• Gifts are distributed according to customer length of use One Crna Gora services, consumption, and other criteria.

• A €30 discount on phone purchases is valid for all phones and can be used until the end of the month in which the discount was obtained.

• A €50 discount on phone purchases is valid for phones with a value greater than €300 and can be used until the end of the month in which the discount was obtained.

• A €100 discount on phone purchases is valid for phones with a value greater than €500 and can be used until the end of the month in which the discount was obtained.

• A €5 discount on accessories is valid for all accessories and can be used until the end of the month in which the discount is scratched.

• A €10 discount on accessories is valid for accessories costing more than €150 and can be used until the end of the month in which the discount was obtained.

• A €15 discount on accessories is valid for accessories costing more than €300 and can be used until the end of the month in which the discount was obtained.

• Customers who pay bills according to the instructions on the bill increase their chances of winning physical prizes by fulfilling other conditions.

• Received internet traffic from add-ons and applications will have priority in consumption over traffic available in the package and purchased add-ons.

• Received minutes from add-ons will have priority in consumption over traffic available in the package and purchased add-ons.

• You can check the remaining traffic from add-ons and applications at any time through the Moj One app.

• If a customer spends the entire allocated traffic quota before the expiration of the reward's validity period, further use of traffic will not be possible.

• In order for a postpaid customer to be able to use the scratched gigabytes and minutes, the number must be in active status, i.e., it must have the possibility of using outbound and inbound traffic at the given moment, and it must not be in a suspended state.

• If more than 60 days have passed since the last top-up, the use of scratched gigabytes for prepaid customers will be disabled.

• Customers on the Smartić and Sekunda, Prenesi i Dopuni, Prenesi i Dopuni Plus, Prenesi kredit 5, Prenesi kredit 10, Prenesi kredit 15, Hybrid 5, Hybrid 10, Hybrid 15 packages, all internet packages, and customers of One home internet do not have the right to participate.

• Winners of phones and accessories have one month to claim the prize from the day they scratched the prize. The aforementioned prize claim period can be extended once for an additional 90 or 180 days by calling the call center and defining the postponement period.

• Received internet traffic and minutes are valid exclusively in the country, unless otherwise indicated.

• Received internet traffic in the Western Balkans is valid in the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Serbia, Republic of North Macedonia, Republic of Albania, and Kosovo.

• Received internet traffic abroad is valid in countries that you can view here.

• Prizes in the form of internet traffic and minutes can only be used within the specified validity period.

• One Crna Gora is the sole organizer of the digital game One Friday.

•Apple and Google stores, where My One app is located, are not organizers nor sponsors of the digital game One Friday.
