The prepaid card remains valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the last top-up. Failure to recharge the prepaid account within this timeframe will result in the loss of active user status for the subscriber. Consequently, the subscriber will be unable to initiate outgoing calls while retaining the ability to receive incoming calls.

To restore outgoing call functionality, the subscriber may recharge their account within the subsequent 150 days, or 420 days for users utilizing eSIM cards on tourist packages, through the acquisition of prepaid vouchers, electronic recharges, money transfers, or other methods approved by One Montenegro. Failure to recharge the account within the specified duration will lead to deactivation of the card, thereby depriving the subscriber of both incoming and outgoing call capabilities. Should the subscriber wish to reactivate the card subsequent to deactivation, they may do so within a period of 30 days from the date of deactivation by recharging the number at any One Montenegro branch.

The user may recharge their prepaid account by purchasing prepaid vouchers, electronic top-ups, transferring funds, or through any other appropriate method approved by One Montenegro. The minimum amount for a prepaid top-up is 4 EUR (except for online top-ups, where the minimum amount is 2 EUR), with a maximum of 50 EUR.

Within all One prepaid tariff packages, except for the E-load package, the concept of "account validity" is restricted such that beginning April 12, 2021, all prepaid top-ups remain valid for 60 days from the date of the top-up. If a user tops up their account before the expiration of this validity period, they can utilize the remaining unused balance in the subsequent validity period.
