Meaning of terms

Personal data refers to any information related to a natural person whose identity is determined or determinable, directly or indirectly, especially based on an identity marker. The types of personal data covered by this Notice include, for example: basic data, traffic data, consumption data, approximate location data, contract data, contractual obligations, as well as data related to communication between One and the user.

• Name and surname
• Address of residing
• Personal ID number, passport number
• Unique citizen identification number
• Gender
• Date of birth

These are data automatically generated by the electronic communication network, processed for the purpose of transmitting messages through the network, and are also necessary for billing or preparing invoices for the user according to the Electronic Communications Act. For example, these data include:

• Details of incoming and outgoing phone calls, including date, time, call duration, and phone numbers
• Details of sent and received text messages, including date, time of sending/receiving SMS, and phone numbers
• Data on mobile internet sessions, including visited internet addresses, connection type, start and end of internet sessions, connection speed, etc.

These are data about the brand, model, device serial number (IMEI), and information about the operating system version of the device used by the user.

Approximate location data represent automatically generated data within the public mobile communication network. They indicate which base station the user's device is connected to. Given the arrangement of mobile base stations and the approximate coverage area of a mobile base station's signal, these data indirectly represent the approximate geographical location of the user's mobile device.

These are personal data that the user provides to our company to conclude a contract or register a prepaid card. The user provides this data in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act, as they are necessary for concluding a contract or registering a prepaid card. These include:

 

• Name and surname of the user
• Personal ID number
• Passport number for foreign nationals concluding a contract
• Address of residence
• Email address if the user wishes to receive invoices via email
• User's contact phone number (if the user decides to provide this information, their signature on the contract confirms that the contact phone number belongs to them, and they commit to promptly inform One of any changes; there are no consequences for the user, such as inability to conclude a contract if they choose not to provide their contact phone number)
  

These are data related to the subject of the user's contract with One, contract terms, contract duration, contractual obligations, as well as the existence of a contractual obligation. Contract data also include information about services and products used by the user. For example:

 

• Type of contract (mobile telephony, mobile internet, etc.)
• Contractual obligation, contract conclusion date
• Duration of the contractual obligation, contract effective date
• Date of registration and activation of the prepaid card
• Email address for invoice delivery (if provided by the user)
• Subscriber number, SIM card serial number
• Data about the mobile device if purchased from One (brand, model, IMEI)
• Tariff package and terms of the tariff package for which the contract is concluded
• Add-ons and terms of add-on activation
• Data about services
• Monthly subscription amount
• Monthly installment amount (in case of device purchases on installments)
• Rights and obligations of the contracting parties

These are aggregated consumption data for one or more billing periods, such as the number of minutes of conversation, the number of sent text messages (SMS), the number of international calls, call duration, and internet traffic volume (in KB). In this form, the data are displayed on the user's account and are necessary for creating invoices. These data do not include the content of communication or identification of the person with whom communication was made.

These are data related to the user's payment history in connection with contracts between the user and One.

These are data generated during communication between One and our users, in the form of user queries, complaints, requests (written or electronic communication), and data resulting from responses to calls/messages regarding the use of services or other requests.

This includes any action or set of actions performed, both automated and non-automated, with personal data, such as collection, recording, classification, grouping, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

A customer is a natural person who:

• has the right to receive services from One Company based on a contract (postpaid services) or in the form of prepaid services,
• has signed a device purchase contract under special conditions,
• has purchased a product from One Company,
• has entered into another type of contract with One Company.

These are the General Terms and Conditions for the provision and use of services provided by One Crna Gora.

All our premises, such as administrative buildings, technical buildings, and stores, are covered by video surveillance to ensure the security of property and individuals and protect legitimate interests. All areas with video surveillance are adequately marked.
