Rights of Data Subjects

The customer has the right to request information from One Crna Gora about whether the company processes their personal data.

If the customer's personal data is inaccurate, they have the right to request correction.

Examples:

• The customer has changed their address of residence and wants the information about the new address to be updated in One Crna Gora's database.
• The customer has identified an error in the entry of their name after the contract has been concluded and has the right to request the correction of the mistake.

Customers have the right to request that One Crna Gora erase personal data relating to them in the following cases:

• The customer has withdrawn the consent on which the processing of personal data is based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing of the mentioned data.
• The customer has filed a complaint about the processing of personal data carried out for the purpose of direct marketing, and there are no other legal grounds for the processing of that data.
• The personal data concerning the customer has been processed unlawfully.
• Personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
• Personal data must be deleted by One Crna Gora in order to fulfill legal obligations arising from the laws of Montenegro.

Customers have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time and for any reason.

In the remaining cases, depending on the nature of the objection and the circumstances stated by the customer, One Crna Gora will conduct an internal review regarding the objection and make a decision regarding the objection by:

(a) informing the customer that One Crna Gora will cease processing their personal data; or
(b) refusing to cease processing their personal data if there is a legal basis for it.
