Credit limit - terms of use

By setting a limit, you can control your monthly spending. Limits can be set from the 1st to the 5th of the month. The minimum limit amount is 0.01 euros.

Limited usage includes traffic related to: calls, SMS, GPRS, MMS, money transfers, and services provided by third parties (SMS parking, music subscriptions, game purchases, Wi-Fi voucher purchases, etc.).

Purchased tariff add-ons (Klik, internet add-ons, F&F, etc.) and other fixed monthly charges (deposit refunds, write-offs, phone/modem installments, etc.), monthly subscriptions, and VAT are not included in limited usage.

All postpaid users can set or change their monthly limit amount from the 1st to the 5th of the month. The limit can be deactivated at any time during the month.

Activation requests, changes to limited usage for active numbers apply and activate for the next billing period.

New users and those with no current usage will be activated in the current billing period.

In the case of users with linked cards, limited usage can be set for only one number (the other number is not subject to the limit) or both numbers.

One Crna Gora LLC limits its liability in case of exceeding limited usage in roaming.

Billing based on received TAP files from roaming, which may be delivered with delays, may result in the limit being exceeded. This applies to outgoing voice traffic in networks of operators that do not support CAMEL roaming (information about these networks can be found at www.1.me).

In accordance with the technical capabilities of providing the "usage limit" service, One Crna Gora LLC is not responsible if the user has initiated a GPRS session or made traffic when reaching the set limit. Example: The user has limited usage to 5 euros per month. When the account balance is, for example, 4.99 euros, they initiate a GPRS session or make an outgoing call. One Crna Gora LLC can limit usage only after the reservation period has expired, which is up to 100 kb for GPRS sessions or up to 60 seconds for calls. The user is responsible for paying the bill for the traffic they have generated, and One Crna Gora LLC is responsible for limiting outgoing calls and internet access. Traffic in the system will be limited after reaching the limited usage + the reserved amount of GPRS session or call duration that led to exceeding the limit.

Limits can be set and changed at all One stores or via Moj One app.
