HBO MAX - terms of use

HBO Max, a premium streaming platform (hereinafter referred to as the Service), offers high-quality entertainment from popular brands, including Warner Bros., HBO, DC, Cartoon Network, Max Original, and many others. It also provides an enhanced viewing experience, including the ability to personalize up to five profiles, watch content on three devices simultaneously, register an unlimited number of devices per subscription, 5.1 surround sound, Dolby Atmos, and the availability of certain titles in 4K.

The HBO Max service is available on Android and iOS operating systems.

One Montenegro provides all its postpaid individual users in Montenegro (hereinafter referred to as Users) with 10 or 100GB of internet traffic (depending on the package they use) upon activation of the Service, exclusively for use with the HBO Max app.

Note: If you exit the HBO Max environment or open other internet links, internet traffic will be charged at the standard rates of the package you are using.

To access the Service, the user must be connected to the internet.
Before registering for the Service, Users will familiarize themselves with the terms of use of the Service on the HBO Max website http://www.hbomax.com/.
Roaming internet traffic will not be provided and will be charged at the applicable tariff.
Internet traffic can be activated regardless of the tariff package used, provided that internet traffic is enabled.
The price of Service activation is regulated by the Price List.
Users will be able to activate the Service through the Moj One app.
One Montenegro is not responsible if internet traffic is charged if the user uses any form of access without properly activating the Service beforehand.
If you exit the HBO Max environment, internet traffic will be charged at the standard rate.
Internet traffic implies continuous data traffic necessary for active use of the Service.
One Montenegro reserves the right to temporarily partially or completely suspend or reduce the quality of Service usage for the purpose of resolving faults, maintenance, construction, or overuse of the Service.
If the user accesses the Service through another network (Wi-Fi, ADSL, mobile data from another provider, cable internet, etc.), One Montenegro will not provide additional internet traffic for this service.
One Montenegro may contact the user regarding activation, registration, and providing information about the Service.
Users of the Play Plus 4, Total 5, Total 10, Total 25, Total 100, Prenesi Play+ M, L, XL, and Premium+ packages have the option to use the HBO Max service at no additional charge, while for users of other packages, activation of the HBO Max service is €5.9 including VAT per month.
Allocated internet traffic is intended for use with HBO Max in domestic traffic.
One Montenegro reserves the right to limit allocated internet traffic for the use of the HBO Max service to provide all users with optimal conditions for using the service.

Tariff Add-On

Users will be able to activate the service through the Moj One app.

The service can be used as a trial, free of charge, for a period of 30 days from the date of first activation, after which it is charged at €5.99 including VAT per month.

The user has 10 GB of internet traffic available solely for the use of the HBO Max service.

Tariff Plans

If you are a user of Play 6+, Total 10+, Total 20+, DATA, or DATA+ packages, you can choose HBO Max as a service to use at no additional charge within the package, and you also receive 100 GB of internet traffic solely for the HBO Max service.

Also, users of Play Plus 4, Total 5, Total 10, Total 25, Play 4, Total 4, Total 8, Total 16, Total 100, or Premium packages can activate the HBO Max service through the Moj One app at no additional charge, receiving 10GB of internet traffic for the use of this app.

Responsibility and Use of the HBO Max Service:

One Montenegro will not provide any information to HBO about its users.
The terms of use for HBO Max, including the app, are provided on the service owner's portal http://www.hbomax.com/, and the user is obliged to agree to them when activating the same.
One Montenegro is only responsible for internet traffic to access the service.
The owner is solely responsible for the proper functioning of the service in its entirety.
The data exchanged by the user through the service is the sole responsibility of the user.
One Montenegro is not responsible for traffic charges in case of configuration changes on the HBO Max service side, or the application, which are the exclusive responsibility of their owners.
