How is delivery carried out?

Delivery is carried out by authorized courier services or One Crna Gora delivery personnel. Alternatively, free pickup is available at selected One Crna Gora stores or partner locations, if this option is available for the selected product.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery cost is displayed on the product page and during the purchase process. For orders up to €60, a delivery fee of €4.70 applies, while delivery is free for orders exceeding €60. For bulky products, the delivery fee may be charged per device.

Can I pick up the product in a store?

Yes. When placing your order, select the store pickup option. Store pickup is free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the location, product availability and the type of device. The usual delivery time is 1 to 5 business days from the order confirmation.

What if I am not at home when the courier arrives?

The courier will contact you and attempt delivery again. An alternative delivery time may also be arranged, depending on the courier service’s availability.

I received an incomplete order. What should I do?

If the order is incomplete, it is recommended that you do not accept the delivery and that you contact us immediately via chat or by e-mail at eshop@1.me, stating your order number.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

If the wrong product has been delivered, do not use it. You should contact us immediately and provide a photo of the product and your order number. The replacement will be carried out at One Crna Gora’s expense.

The product arrived damaged during delivery. What should I do?

The damage should be reported to the courier immediately. Please photograph the product and packaging, and then contact eshop@1.me within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Does delivery include carrying bulky products inside?

Bulky products are delivered to the entrance of the building or house.

Is installation included in the delivery of bulky products?

The delivery service does not include carrying the product inside, unpacking, installation or connection.

Do you collect my old device when delivering the new one?

No. One Crna Gora does not collect old devices when delivering a new product.

Can I change the delivery date?
