For shopping through the Webshop, it is necessary that your Internet browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, etc.) accepts cookies, which are enabled by the standard (initial) setting of the browser. Also, it is necessary to register beforehand and to be logged in to the system.

For us to successfully process your purchase, you need to enter the correct information about your first and last name, ID number, PIN, contact phone number, and address. With the help of these data, we will be able to deliver the purchased goods to you.

Your personal data will not be used for marketing or other purposes unless you have consented to the aforementioned. After processing the data from the purchase order, the User will be informed about the outcome of the check. If the desired model of the device is not currently available in stock, the purchase order changes to the reservation status, which will be realized immediately upon the device's arrival.

If the User wants to cancel the purchase order/reservation in the meantime, he can send an e-mail to webshop@1.me with the specified contact information and the transaction number received during the purchase.

The terms of use of the One Webshop service define the rules that enable users of this Service (hereinafter: "User") to purchase mobile phones, prepaid top-ups, internet modems, and services (hereinafter: "Products" or "Service"). The terms of use of the One Webshop specify the consequences that One Montenegro and the User bear, which may be caused by non-compliance with the defined rules.

One reserves the right to change the Terms of Use in accordance with new elements of the offer and/or legal regulations, which is why we instruct Users to check the information regarding the Terms of Use before each purchase.

Data privacy

General conditions of purchase

1. Users of the Service - Users of One Web Shop can only be natural persons of legal age.

2. User Registration - To complete the ordering process, the User must register. After registration, the User will be assigned a username and password. The username and password are used exclusively to authorize the Service, i.e., to access certain personalized content such as order data. By registering, the User confirms the following:

accuracy and completeness in the form of the specified data
to give explicit consent to One Montenegro that it may, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, process personal data indicated in the order for its records and the provision of other services and that One Montenegro may provide said data to third parties to perform the Service, protecting One User's services as well as prevention of possible abuses.

Ordering Services/Products - for the User's purchase order to be successfully processed, the User must enter correct information about first and last name, PIN, contact phone number, and residential address. With the help of this data, the User will be able to deliver. The transaction number is obtained during the purchase process. Before confirming the purchase, the User can spot and correct errors in data entry before confirming the purchase order. The User can read the purchase instructions on a separate website.

Data verification - Each purchase order is checked before further processing to validate the data provided by the User during its creation. One reserves the right to call the User by phone to check the data. In case of doubt about the accuracy of the specified data or if the data cannot be verified, One reserves the right to cancel the purchase order, of which the User will be notified via the e-mail provided during registration. Orders placed after 2:30 pm will be processed the next business day. After the purchase, the User can be informed about the purchase status via e-mail at webshop@1.me. The User's personal data will not be used for marketing or other purposes unless the User has consented to the aforementioned.

Products with Contract/Annex - When purchasing products with a subscription contract (products with a postpaid pricing method), the User must be present and personally sign the contract when receiving the shipment. Otherwise, the contract will be considered invalid. The signature includes the written full name and surname in handwritten letters.

Buying a phone at discounted prices - The User is offered the Service of buying a phone at discounted prices compared to the full price with a contractual obligation of 12 and 24 months. If the User has an old ID instead of a new one, when picking up the parcel, the User must show the courier a valid identification document such as a passport, driver's license, or index. The courier cannot deliver the shipment without inspection of the specified documents. The card or annex will be active by 72 hours from delivery.

Purchase period - The minimum period between subscription contracts is 60 days. In the case of concluding an annex to the subscription contract, the User can conclude it 30 days before the expiration of the valid contractual obligation and after 60 days from the establishment of the subscription relationship.

Solvency Check - Under One's business policy, it performs a solvency check of users who have decided to purchase phones at discounted sales prices (with a contractual obligation). The User's solvency check by One can be done only and exclusively if the User agrees to be checked.

Payment methods - One Webshop enables payment of products from its offer by cash on delivery and installment payments (for existing users). The following restrictions apply:

· Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery means cash payment to the courier when picking up the shipment. The borrower cannot pay for prepaid top-ups and prepaid internet top-ups. Depending on the outcome of the Internal Control check, the cash on delivery payment and the device's price may include the payment of one or more subscriptions in advance. These subscription(s) are charged at the time of shipment collection, and the subscription amount is refunded through subsequent monthly bills, in which prepaid subscriptions will reduce your monthly obligations.

· Payment in installments via the online store is possible for existing Users who have had regular payments for more than six months. New postpaid Users can buy the phone in installments only at One branches.

Product/Service Prices – Product prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Products are subject to price change until confirmation of purchase. One Montenegro guarantees the price on the day of purchase, regardless of any price change before delivery.

Delivery costs are borne by One Montenegro, except for purchasing the following products: conclusion of a subscription contract without a mobile phone (purchasing only a SIM card), purchase of additional equipment worth less than EUR 9.90. Delivery costs are 3 EUR per shipment. If the Buyer enters incorrect personal data or information about the residence address (address for delivery of goods) during the purchase process, One Montenegro is not responsible for the non-delivery of goods. In that case, One Montenegro will try to contact the Buyer and deliver the goods to the newly determined address, and in case it fails, the Buyer will be charged for the internal costs of One Montenegro of 3 EUR. If the Buyer does not want to take over the purchased goods, the same will be charged for the incurred internal costs of One Montenegro in the amount of EUR xx. After the purchase and before delivery to the home address, the selected products' specifications cannot be changed. In case of any change or problem during delivery, One Montenegro will try to contact the Customer at the contact phone number or e-mail he left during the purchase process. One Montenegro is not obliged to resolve complaints caused by the impossibility of delivery due to an incorrect or non-existent customer address. In the case of concluding a subscription contract without a mobile phone, i.e., purchasing only a SIM card with a subscription number, the Customer bears the cost of delivery of the order of EUR 3. In the case of cash on delivery payment, the stated amount is charged upon shipment collection. If One Montenegro cannot deliver the purchased goods due to technical reasons, the Buyer will be notified immediately by phone or e-mail, and the money will be returned to the Buyer as soon as possible.

Delivery of Products/Services - Delivery of Products is possible exclusively on the territory of Montenegro. One Montenegro undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the User at the address entered during the purchase process within the time limit:

Up to 7 working days from the moment of approval of the purchase order
Up to 30 days if it is a product that is about to arrive or is currently not available in the online store (product reservation). If the ordered Product is unavailable, the User will be informed of this as soon as possible.

Product reservation - Products the User puts in the shopping cart during purchase are not reserved. The Product is reserved only after confirmation of purchase by the User. In the period between placing the Product in the basket and confirming the purchase, there is a possibility that the quantities of the Product are no longer available through this Service, of which the User will be informed. In this case, the order will change to product reservation status. If it does not suit the User, he can cancel the reservation/order.

Termination of connection - The Customer can choose a subscription number during the purchase. The number is automatically reserved for the Customer after entering the Customer's data. If the connection is interrupted, the reservation of the number is canceled. One Montenegro will not be responsible for any damage that may occur due to the Internet connection interruption when using the Service.

The provisions of the current Law on Electronic Commerce of Montenegro and other laws related to the provision and use of the One Web Shop Service will apply to the use of the Service.

The User accepts these Terms of Use by clicking the "I have read and accept the Terms of Use of One Webshop" box. For all other issues not covered by these One Webshop service conditions, the General Terms and Conditions for providing and using services in the public mobile telecommunication network Once Crna Gora apply.

Credit check

These rules define the conditions under which users (hereinafter: "User") are allowed to purchase prepaid recharges (hereinafter: "Service"). The rules for using the One Online top-up specify the consequences of One Montenegro and the User, which may be caused by non-compliance with the defined rules. One Montenegro reserves the right to change the Rules of Use in accordance with new elements of the offer and/or legal regulations, which is why we instruct Users to check the information regarding the Rules of Use before each purchase.

By purchasing, the User confirms the following:

To give explicit consent to One Montenegro that it may, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, process the personal data indicated in the order for its records and to provide other services and that One Montenegro may provide the said data to third parties to perform the Service, protecting users of One Crna Gora services as well as prevention of possible abuses.

1. Before confirming the purchase, the User is allowed to check all the entered data and thus spot and correct errors in data entry before confirming the purchase order.

2. Data verification - The User's personal data will be used under applicable regulations and General Terms and Conditions. The User's payment card data is unavailable to One Montenegro during the purchase but only to the payment card processor: NLB Montenegrobanka Podgorica for VISA and MasterCard payment cards.

3. Payment methods - One Online top-up accepts VISA and MasterCard payment cards approved by the issuing bank for online payment. If the User is unsure whether his payment card supports this option, he needs to check with the bank that issued the card.

4. Disconnection - In the event of an error during the purchase (e.g., disconnection from the Internet or unavailability of the credit card processor, etc.), the Customer's account will not be debited, and the transaction will be automatically canceled. One Montenegro will not be responsible for any damage that may occur due to the Internet connection interruption when using the Service.

5. One Online top-up can top up all prepaid voice and prepaid Internet numbers.

6. The minimum amount of one prepaid top-up purchase is 2 EUR, and the maximum is 50 EUR. One online top-up cannot be done if there is €150 or more on the prepaid account number.

7. If the User enters the wrong phone number that needs to be topped up with a prepaid credit and that prepaid phone exists in the One Montenegro network, the credit will be topped up, and the funds cannot be returned because the top-up is done instantly. Before confirming the purchase, the User can spot and correct errors in data entry before confirming the purchase of top-up for a specific number.

8. If the User chooses the wrong top-up value and successfully top-up the number, the funds cannot be returned because the top-up was done instantly.

9. If the User has successfully paid the selected prepaid top-up, and for whatever reason, the top-up has not been implemented, the funds will be returned to the User's account at the same moment.

10. One Montenegro is not responsible for transactions made without the credit card owner's knowledge (stolen credit cards, borrowed payment cards when children use their parents' cards, etc.). In the case of such transactions, One Montenegro will not refund funds. In this case, the User should file a complaint with the bank - issuer of the payment card.

The provisions of the applicable regulations relating to the provision and use of the electronic commerce service (Online top-up) are applied to the use of the Service.

On all other matters not covered by these rules, the General Terms and Conditions of One Montenegro apply.
