From now on, all Telenor customers can access webshop via the official www.telenor.me website. Through the online store, the customers can get all the information about devices from the latest Telenor offer and order a model which fits their needs. It is enough to pick „Phones” option on homepage, and take a few steps to buy a device, without going to the store.
Devices can be purchased by several installments, depending on the tariff package. Customers can also change their package in a simple way, and thus adapt terms of payment to themselves. After picking the device, customer is identified by phone number and ID card and gets insight into chosen device, monthly installment amount, tariff package type, delivery information, etc. Mobile, tablet and mi-fi devices can be ordered through the webshop, and the purchase is possible via the current number or through a new one.
If a device is currently unavailable, customer can book it through the webshop. Device will be delivered to the customer as soon as it is available in Telenor. Delivery of available devices bought through the webshop lasts up to three days, and for now payment is made on delivery.
