In four Montenegrin towns employees of Telenor spent the day talking with customers.
(25th September 2014) - Around 120 Telenor employees has joined the global initiative of Telenor Group named Customers First Day and replaced their regular jobs with Blue Caravan located in Pljevlja, Bijelo Polje, Podgorica and Niksic. Telenor employees answered the questions on new devices and packages, digital services and tested the signal of Telenor Smart network.
Customer First Day aims to provide interested customers with required information, and also it provides and an opportunity for employees to be better and more directly informed on customer’s needs and desires. Residents of all four towns have shown great interest and in addition to general questions about the services and packages, they wanted to learn more about the advantages of Telenor 4G smart network, which covers 3 out of 4 towns where the Day has been celebrated.
"The whole year is dedicated to additional improvement of the customer’s experience, so except the new stores and great coverage throughout Montenegro, we wanted to dedicate a day exclusively to our customers so we can know their needs better. It was a special pleasure to observe colleagues from different departments who usually do not interact daily with customers to answer questions and issues citizens presented. No matter where they work in the company, all employees are ultimately there for the customers, and this was our way to show them how much we appreciate them," Michael Malvebo, General Manager of Telenor Montenegro has said.
