From now on, Telenor customers can access their bill information, in PDF, via link they will receive through SMS. The service is the first of this kind on Montenegrin market. Customers receive a unique code as well as a link through which they can view and download bill information for free. They can also access the last 12 months’ bill information in this way.

Service can be activated by sending a message Start  to the 14910, via new short code *100# or in Telenor shops, by giving consent for receiving bill information via SMS.

Telenor delivered first promo bill information via SMS link to all customers with smartphones in the beginning of September. Promotional period continues in the next two months, when the customers will get their bill information via e-mail or post, as well as via SMS link. When promotional period ends, only customers, who activated the service, will get their bill information via SMS.         

By delivering bill information in the new way and reducing printed copies, Telenor will additionally decrease negative impact on the environment and encourage its customers to use digital services more.
